Subject	Throttle body vacuum

Message	When i test the vacuum by pushing the throttle body up around 2500rpm is there supposed to be noticable vacuum from the passenger vacuum line on an N/A? The line that connects to the EGR solenoid? It seems to only create noticeable vacuum around 3000+ rpm or if I blip the throttle from idle, but not if I slowly accelerate to 3000rpm...
